Lakes Regional Community Center is seeking proposals for a General Contractor to implement a Ground-Up, 9,794 sq. ft. Building and Remodel of an existing 6,740 sq. ft. Office Building, project located at 2915 N. Main, Paris, Texas 75460 totaling 16,534 sq. ft.
Please take the time to read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by the time specified above under the “Proposal Submission Deadline.”
