Community First Choice Habilitation (CFC/HAB) allows an individual to reside successfully in a community setting by assisting them to acquire, retain, and improve self-help, socialization, and daily living skills or assisting with and training them on person-centered goals of their choice.
Independent Living Skills Training (ILST) is a person-centered training focused on increasing or retaining the ability of the individual to live as independently as possible within the community. ILST assists in recovering skills that have decreased due to the onset of disability.
