Lakes Regional Community Center is seeking proposals from General Contractors for a: Ground-Up, 1,250 Sf. Building and Remodeling of Existing Office Building, Located at 1300 W. 16th St. Mt. Pleasant, TX 75455.
Please take the time to read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by the time specified above under the “Proposal Submission Deadline.”
